Mum passed away on Sept 25th 2009 just over 2years after diagnosis, she was an inspiration to her family, she was so courageous and dignified throughout this evil disease. She is missed so much by us all, sleep well mum, love you xx

It's hard to be so far away
But i'm thinking of you every day
